For a full six-service programme we recommend booking eight to twelve weeks before your first field date, which allows time for discovery, the dry rig review, inspection and delivery. A single service such as gear inspection and certification can often be scheduled within two to three weeks, subject to workshop capacity during peak season.

Yes. Every service stands alone, so a group can begin with field kitchen systems and add logistics or lifecycle management later. We will still provide a manifest and a lighting sequence for the kitchen rig so that the equipment is used as designed.

We do. Our technicians inspect and certify existing inventories, then record the results in a register that you keep. Items that fail are quarantined with a written defect note, and we can quote repairs or recommend replacement where a fault recurs.
